Over the past 20 years Bill Brady has owned galleries in the East Village and Chelsea, New York, Kansas City, and Miami. Informed by his years of working with emerging international artists and motivated by his intuition Brady has given many of today’s prominent Contemporary Artists their first gallery exhibitions, including Japanese neo-expressionist Tomoo Gokita. Bill Brady Gallery is currently located in Miami, FL.

Tomoo Gokita

Tomoo Gokita was born in 1969 in Tokyo, where he continues to live and work. Major recent museum Solo Exhibitions include Peekabooat Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery (2018), and a Retrospective, THE GREAT CIRCUS, at Kawamura Memorial DIC Museum of Art, Sakura (2014). His work has also been featured in notable surveys such as Wonderful My Art, Kawaguchiko Museum of Art, Yamanashi, Japan (2013); The Unseen Relationship: Form and Abstraction, Kawamura Memorial DIC Museum of Art, Sakura (2012); Gateway: Japan, Torrance Art Museum, CA (2011); New York Minute, Macro Future Museum, Rome (2009); and Collected Visions, Pera Museum, Istanbul (2009).
